A beautiful save bye BURLADORES's goalie prevented a goal. In the 8th match minute, Esterri De Cardos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabino Romero to maneuver through the defense. Nicodemo Zapater showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabino Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When Monte Olle fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Esterri De Cardos's protests and gave Monte Olle a yellow card for diving instead. BURLADORES's Eufrasio Lama shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Misael Briso but with some difficulty. Emilio Vicente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Xabat Pastor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabino Romero scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicodemo Zapater, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 23 minutes, Juan Manzano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esterri De Cardos and the BURLADORES players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of BURLADORES booed when Esterri De Cardos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Manzano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Manzano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Juan Manzano notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of BURLADORES's Nicodemo Zapater. Nicodemo Zapater was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Xabat Pastor came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Esterri De Cardos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xabat Pastor couldn't finish the play. Nicodemo Zapater took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabino Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicodemo Zapater stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xabat Pastor's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melquiades Olmos in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicodemo Zapater prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 39 minutes, Xabat Pastor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esterri De Cardos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xabat Pastor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pudes Solera made a kick off. A collision led to BURLADORES getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Pudes Solera hit a great ball. In the 53rd match minute, Esterri De Cardos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ander Mora to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th match minute, Esterri De Cardos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Zapico to maneuver through the defense. Melquiades Olmos charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melquiades Olmos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes Esterri De Cardos got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Olmos. Esterri De Cardos's Misael Briso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pudes Solera in the 61st minute of play. Melquiades Olmos kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Gabino Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Nicodemo Zapater tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Vicente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Esterri De Cardos's zone, Iratxo Fabelo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Misael Briso came out of the goal and Iratxo Fabelo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabino Romero in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicodemo Zapater prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute, Juan Manzano fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Nicodemo Zapater made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Xabat Pastor sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd minute, Emilio Vicente left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BURLADORES fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Xabat Pastor came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nicodemo Zapater could save by the left post. The BURLADORES fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Esterri De Cardos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
