Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nerio Casado took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mundo Unzueta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giraldo Saboya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute of the match, Xulian Pastor got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mundo Unzueta was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by El Pozo Del Esparto CD's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jusepe Adán was slow to take the kick. During this time Cobatillas FC's players had a chance to rest. Jusepe Adán made a great header on Cobatillas FC's corner, it was just that El Pozo Del Esparto CD's Mundo Unzueta managed to reach the ball for a save. 15 minutes into the game, Nerio Casado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Zigor Pabon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Aitor Varela fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cobatillas FC's protests and gave Aitor Varela a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cobatillas FC's zone, Fabio Ucero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zigor Pabon came out of the goal and Fabio Ucero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nerio Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Zigor Pabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Cobatillas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giraldo Saboya to maneuver through the defense. Goiz Solo struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Zigor Pabon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Pozo Del Esparto CD. Goiz Solo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Cobatillas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nerio Casado came free, but Zigor Pabon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Giraldo Saboya reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mundo Unzueta. The goal made the score 2-1. After 46 played minutes, El Pozo Del Esparto CD's Alfredo Darroja shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zigor Pabon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Pozo Del Esparto CD reached it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giraldo Saboya to strike the kick off in the second half. Alfredo Darroja kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Xepe Vera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute Xarles Sánchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mundo Unzueta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zigor Pabon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Goiz Solo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Nerio Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Zigor Pabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nerio Casados short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Zigor Pabon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Cobatillas FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Xepe Vera hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Goiz Solo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Goiz Solo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 70 minutes of play, El Pozo Del Esparto CD's Nerio Casado made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zigor Pabon was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Zigor Pabon managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when El Pozo Del Esparto CD's Fabio Ucero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nerio Casado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Zigor Pabon made a huge save. Fabio Ucero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joan Salazar struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Zigor Pabon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Pozo Del Esparto CD. In the 82nd minute, Goiz Solo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zigor Pabon, passed just outside the right post. 83 minutes into the match, El Pozo Del Esparto CD's Fabio Ucero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zigor Pabon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nerio Casado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Zigor Pabon made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Cobatillas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Goiz Solo came free, but Zigor Pabon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nerio Casado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Aitor Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hermelando Portillo struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Zigor Pabon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Pozo Del Esparto CD. After having played for 92 minutes, Ray Rapado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Pozo Del Esparto CD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ray Rapado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. El Pozo Del Esparto CD's Fabio Ucero got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 98th minute, Xulian Pastor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
