It was a penalty for Argamason! Quico Prats went to the wrong direction when Kepa Martin was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The supporters of Higuera La Real booed when Argamason was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilabertus Acarreta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Egoi Quintana recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Quico Prats. Egoi Quintana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Arnalt Zapico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Quico Prats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ubaldo Pascua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilabertus Acarreta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Egoi Quintana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nabar Benito charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nabar Benito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Argamason's Nabar Benito got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Arnalt Zapico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quico Prats having to interfere. Egoi Quintana struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Quico Prats didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Higuera La Real. Jerico Palanques hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Guilabertus Acarreta took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ubaldo Pascua. Ubaldo Pascua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

If Egoi Quintana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Pascua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nabar Benito, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egoi Quintana in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quico Prats saved Argamason from getting behind. Arnalt Zapico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Egoi Quintana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Quico Prats. Argamason's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egoi Quintana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The supporters of Higuera La Real booed when Argamason was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position.
