After 2 played minutes MALACATEAM got a freekick which was hit by Espartaco Martin. Donatello Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cloyo Vagrande, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Donatello Veloso came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Carricola UD's Joseba Lorenzo. But to his dismay, Joseba Lorenzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Carricola UD's goal looked a bit too open when Gaskon Pena came free, but Gregory Maldonado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cloyo Vagrande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donatello Veloso having to interfere. If Cloyo Vagrande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 minutes of play, Carricola UD's Cloyo Vagrande made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donatello Veloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gaskon Pena hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute Joseba Lorenzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donatello Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cloyo Vagrande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Cloyo Vagrande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The MALACATEAM players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Carricola UD were winning 0-2.

Joseba Lorenzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, Silvano Pardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cloyo Vagrande was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 61st minute. Carricola UD's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 62 minutes into the match, MALACATEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Cloyo Vagrande came free, but Donatello Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 64 minutes, Florin Abrego managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carricola UD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florin Abrego was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 68 played minutes MALACATEAM got a freekick which was hit by Gaskon Pena. In the 69th minute, Cloyo Vagrande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Hermelando De la Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cloyo Vagrande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th match minute, Carricola UD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseba Lorenzo to maneuver through the defense. Roque Riells fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregory Maldonado having to interfere. Cloyo Vagrande did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Donatello Veloso 96 minutes into the match. Carricola UD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
