Amuruza Tobias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anatolio Cordoba in the 4th minute of the match. Anatolio Cordoba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th match minute, YODAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Negro to maneuver through the defense. If Tobiasr Treviño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tavio Benito having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Anatolio Cordoba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piñera's supporters rose to their feet, but Anatolio Cordoba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amuruza Tobias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anatolio Cordoba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amuruza Tobias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Amuruza Tobias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francesco Quintana went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute, Xosepin Rajoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jerico Noya during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for YODAS! Francesco Quintana might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amuruza Tobias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francesco Quintana ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Piñera's Peio Verdaguer got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francesco Quintana was the one to do the kick off. If Luis Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. YODAS's Tobiasr Treviño got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Piñera getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Angelines Vazquez hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Costa in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tavio Benito saved Piñera from getting behind. If Luis Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Tobiasr Treviño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tavio Benito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xelo Redondo's late challenge caught a Piñera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xelo Redondo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th minute, Xelo Redondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Francesco Quintana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind YODAS's goalkeeper Amuruza Tobias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
