Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cayetano Idiaquez didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. Quintan Fonticoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnau Freire in the 38th minute of the match. Beti De Pedro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 44 minutes, Lucas Elias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BabyJuni FC and the Deportivo Passo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Deportivo Passo booed when BabyJuni FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Elias didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After some careless play in the Deportivo Passo defense, Beti De Pedro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cayetano Idiaquez. The Deportivo Passo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Idiaquez should have stopped the shot. Deportivo Passo's Cayetano Idiaquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Albizua in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beti De Pedro in the 80th minute of play forced Deportivo Passo's goalkeeper Cayetano Idiaquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
