Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pacho Cerreri kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luke Nunez in the 4th minute of play forced El Escorial AFC's goalkeeper Gentza Santiago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute, Aberri Aizpurua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pacho Cerreri took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niceto Barrios. Niceto Barrios dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Pacho Cerreri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Barrios having to interfere. A collision led to Isla de leon getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Matxin Campomanes hit a great ball. 1-1 became the score in the 21st minute when Luke Nunez elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pacho Cerreri in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Barrios saved Isla de leon from getting behind. If Gizon Helguera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerard Santander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Niceto Barrios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gentza Santiago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gizon Helguera in the 34th minute of play. Niceto Barrios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pacho Cerreri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gizon Helguera came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Isla de leon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gizon Helguera couldn't finish the play. Pacho Cerreri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Niceto Barrios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gizon Helguera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luke Nunez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gentza Santiago having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luke Nunez to strike the kick off in the second half. Isla de leon's Niceto Barrios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pacho Cerreri in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Gizon Helguera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 2-1 became the score in the 62nd minute when Luke Nunez elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Isla de leon's Abelardo Moreno got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 70th minute, one of El Escorial AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Escorial AFC. Niceto Barrios was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pacho Cerreri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 81 minute of play. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Isla de leon's goalkeeper Niceto Barrios, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gizon Helguera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gentza Santiago having to interfere. Lucian Casado was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Luke Nunez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gentza Santiago having to interfere.
