Tauro Gandia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. The audience was convinced that Padro Bravo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ubarna Ponce De Leon was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in La Carrasca AD's zone, Playo Sierra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tauro Gandia got free with Ubarna Ponce De Leon in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, La Carrasca AD's goal looked a bit too open when Fermín Lastras came free, but Cefero Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Álvaro Cano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. La Carrasca AD's Padro Bravo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After some careless play in the Palacio Villa Paz AD defense, Paco Bravo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ubarna Ponce De Leon. The Palacio Villa Paz AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ubarna Ponce De Leon should have stopped the shot. A collision led to La Carrasca AD getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Tauro Gandia hit a great ball. Pablo-Enrique Batuecas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Ubarna Ponce De Leon made a huge save. La Carrasca AD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vinicio Madariaga in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the game, Paco Bravo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Carrasca AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palacio Villa Paz AD the free kick. Paco Bravo hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Padro Bravo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Padro Bravo in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubarna Ponce De Leon saved Palacio Villa Paz AD from getting behind. La Carrasca AD's Padro Bravo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Padro Bravo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ubarna Ponce De Leon was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Tauro Gandia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubarna Ponce De Leon having to interfere. Palacio Villa Paz AD's Leandro Cuadrado got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Leandro Cuadrado off the ground. Leandro Cuadrado hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Padro Bravo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubarna Ponce De Leon having to interfere. Ubarna Ponce De Leon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo-Enrique Batuecas in the 86th minute of the match. If Padro Bravo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Giraldo Escobar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo-Enrique Batuecas in the 91st minute of play forced Palacio Villa Paz AD's goalkeeper Ubarna Ponce De Leon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tauro Gandia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Carrasca AD's Padro Bravo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 98 minutes into the game, La Carrasca AD's Padro Bravo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ubarna Ponce De Leon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. There was no doubt that La Carrasca AD were the better team. La Carrasca AD's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
