Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Juan Cabada started the match with the kick off. Damaso Tobia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Romero in the 8th minute of the match. Damaso Tobia came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Hibernia Athletic's Gregorio Soldado. But to his dismay, Gregorio Soldado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Damaso Tobia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Hector Romero came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Hibernia Athletic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Romero couldn't finish the play. Ariando Pais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Tobia having to interfere. Damaso Tobia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Romero in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ariando Pais got free with Damaso Tobia in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Hector Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Tobia made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Ariando Pais sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Juan Cabada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ariando Pais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariando Pais took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damaso Tobia. Damaso Tobia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Hibernia Athletic's Gregorio Soldado got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Damaso Tobia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Romero in the 46th minute of play. Arcadio Jimenez's late challenge caught a Hibernia Athletic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arcadio Jimenez helped the player get up and apologised. Arcadio Jimenez hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hector Romero to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Ariando Pais ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damaso Tobia was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Damaso Tobia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Romero in the 63rd minute of play. Ariando Pais struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Damaso Tobia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hibernia Athletic. Hector Romero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damaso Tobia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Hector Romero made a precise shot to the right of Damaso Tobia. Racing de Priesca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hector Romero in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damaso Tobia saved Racing de Priesca from getting behind. In the 73rd minute, Hector Romero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hibernia Athletic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. 77 minutes into the match, Racing de Priesca's goal looked a bit too open when Ariando Pais came free, but Damaso Tobia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hector Romero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Racing de Priesca's Damaso Tobia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Romero in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute Hector Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Tobia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
