A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Pericles Irureta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Goren Peña was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adulfo Vera in the 83rd minute of play forced Gilet FC's goalkeeper Roque Ramiréz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roque Ramiréz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Aceves's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute.
