After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Curro Cambero managed to get in a good position for a shot. SOY DEL PRINCIPE's supporters rose to their feet, but Curro Cambero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Jimenez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomi Portillo charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomi Portillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SOY DEL PRINCIPE's Tomi Portillo got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute, Kiko Bergada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Cambero got free with Armando Jimenez in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olimpic Tala's Armando Jimenez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cutberto Quesada in the 28th minute of play. Cutberto Quesada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Damian Cambero notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Olimpic Tala's Armando Jimenez. Armando Jimenez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kiko Bergada during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kiko Bergada kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cutberto Quesada made a kick off. Paulo Prestes hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Damian Cambero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SOY DEL PRINCIPE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Alain Valdés took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lino Rua. Lino Rua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Lino Rua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bastia Redondo in the 73rd minute of the match. Damian Cambero took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armando Jimenez. Armando Jimenez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Damian Cambero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Armando Jimenez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Jimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Cambero in the 83rd minute of play. After 85 minutes of play, SOY DEL PRINCIPE's Damian Cambero made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Jimenez was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Bastia Redondo in the 93rd minute of play forced SOY DEL PRINCIPE's goalkeeper Lino Rua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Olimpic Tala defense, Cutberto Quesada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Jimenez. The Olimpic Tala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Jimenez should have stopped the shot. Damian Cambero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Jimenez having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SOY DEL PRINCIPE fully deserved thier win.
