After a defensive mix-up in Taialà's zone, Alberto Martins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Rivera came out of the goal and Alberto Martins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Martins in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Rivera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th minute, Gaizko Uria made a precise shot to the right of Dario Rivera. Taialà's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After having played for 12 minutes, Cristobal Munoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xove FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristobal Munoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th match minute, Xove FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Dušák to maneuver through the defense. Jose-Antonio Noguera kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Barros Gabas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Airas Treviño in the 19th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Xove FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Taialà:s goal. Leo Lermo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Airas Treviño succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 29th playminute. Garin Camara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Barros Gabas made a huge save. 37 minutes into the game, Alberto Martins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Dario Rivera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 39th minute, Alberto Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaizko Uria during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 44 minutes into the match, Xove FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Lermo came free, but Barros Gabas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barros Gabas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaizko Leon in the 45th minute of play. A hard and well directed shot from Ignacio Santander led 47 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Taialà's Dario Rivera became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-4.
The wind increased when Alberto Martins made the kick off in the second half. Barros Gabas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roldán Yeste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Martins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Dario Rivera made a huge save. Gaizko Uria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taialà's Dario Rivera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Taialà from getting a goal against them. When Alberto Martins came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Xove FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Martins couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute, Malvin Orbiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the game, Gaizko Leon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Barros Gabas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alberto Martins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Garin Camara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taialà fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4.
