Fliz Solano hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Astor Cordarrel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belarmo Huguet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A.C Enkarterrik's Luciano Blanco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fliz Solano in the 17th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Guaberto Fernandez put in a rough tackle. After 21 played minutes A.C Enkarterrik got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Fernandez. After some careless play in the A.C Enkarterrik defense, Fliz Solano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luciano Blanco. The A.C Enkarterrik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luciano Blanco should have stopped the shot. Luciano Blanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fliz Solano, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When CD Puertollano's Fliz Solano in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.C Enkarterrik's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to A.C Enkarterrik getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Nalo Tarin hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the game, CD Puertollano's Fliz Solano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luciano Blanco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Oscar Venceslas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Blanco having to interfere. Batista Torrent kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Naike Barroso to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Naike Barroso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Cordarrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernando Montes charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernando Montes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th minute, Hernando Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fliz Solano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Luciano Blanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to CD Puertollano getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. The supporters of CD Puertollano booed when A.C Enkarterrik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naike Barroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naike Barroso in the 69th minute of play forced CD Puertollano's goalkeeper Astor Cordarrel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Gallo Fresnos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Cordarrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CD Puertollano's Fliz Solano got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fliz Solano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fliz Solano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Luciano Blanco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 81stth minute of the game Fliz Solano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.C Enkarterrik's Luciano Blanco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of CD Puertollano booed when A.C Enkarterrik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldovino Pedrosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luciano Blanco was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Oscar Venceslas. Luciano Blanco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fliz Solano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernando Montes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Luciano Blanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fliz Solano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over CD Puertollano could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than A.C Enkarterrik throughout the match.
