When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Kiko Cabrera took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Nerio Tobia to make any attempt to save it. In the 7th match minute, E.C. Mundo do Donatti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seve Cartagena to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Barbarroja FC booed when E.C. Mundo do Donatti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pepe Contratas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Kiko Cabrera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nerio Tobia was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 13th minute, Isidro Mondejar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. E.C. Mundo do Donatti were furious when Pepe Contratas was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 15th minute, one of E.C. Mundo do Donatti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for E.C. Mundo do Donatti. Pepe Alonso walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Pietro Ucero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Gómez in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Gómez in the 26th minute of play forced Barbarroja FC's goalkeeper Pietro Ucero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Tello Serra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pietro Ucero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Idacio Fuente dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nerio Tobia, 2-0. Poli Jurado kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Pepe Alonso made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 38thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Nerio Tobia would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 40th minute, Nofre Incera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Aureliano Gómez fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored E.C. Mundo do Donatti's protests and gave Aureliano Gómez a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes E.C. Mundo do Donatti got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Gómez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kiko Cabrera in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nerio Tobia saved E.C. Mundo do Donatti from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to E.C. Mundo do Donatti getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Baraquiel Pais hit a great ball. Tello Serra in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pietro Ucero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 55th minute of the match Eleodoro Coello shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nerio Tobia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of E.C. Mundo do Donatti:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Barbarroja FC:s goal. In the 64th minute Jan-Olof Lundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nerio Tobia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kiko Cabrera struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Nerio Tobia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barbarroja FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodolfo Perez in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nerio Tobia saved E.C. Mundo do Donatti from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Rodolfo Perez put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nerio Tobia. After having played for 70 minutes, Kiko Cabrera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barbarroja FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kiko Cabrera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute, Kiko Cabrera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nerio Tobia was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Nerio Tobia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Poli Jurado in the 84th minute of the match. Tello Serra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Pietro Ucero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Jan-Olof Lundström notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of E.C. Mundo do Donatti's Nerio Tobia. Nerio Tobia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kiko Cabrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Barbarroja FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
