The supporters of Candelaria CD booed when Nocap FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino De Pedro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Nocap FC's Carles Jauregui got a free kick in the 18th minute. Segundo Viqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Viejo having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Segundo Viqueira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Candelaria CD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Segundo Viqueira put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Federico Viejo. Federico Viejo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tauro Colillas, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Curcio Elias was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Celestino De Pedro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 45 minute of play. With his leg Federico Viejo managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Candelaria CD's Segundo Viqueira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 78 minutes into the game, Carles Jauregui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nocap FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candelaria CD the free kick. Curcio Elias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carles Jauregui in the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of Nocap FC booed when Candelaria CD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelacio Herrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nocap FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Candelaria CD had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
