When Santiago Ribas fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Putuco Team's protests and gave Santiago Ribas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Santiago Ribas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geremia Zaplana kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rogelio Blanco got free with Brais Griego in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eloy Albizua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xosepe Alonso in the 22nd minute of the match. Eloy Albizua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xosepe Alonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute Juan Zapatero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Albizua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eloy Albizua didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Putuco Team's Juan Zapatero shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rogelio Blanco made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Putuco Team's zone, Rogelio Blanco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brais Griego came out of the goal and Rogelio Blanco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd minute, Xosepe Alonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Putuco Team's Anselmo Barroso got a free kick in the 61st minute. Zadornin Armada kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Kozam F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Geremia Zaplana. After a rather tough play, Kozam F.C.'s Tello Encina got a free kick in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Ribas in the 70th minute of play forced Kozam F.C.'s goalkeeper Eloy Albizua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paco Cameno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Albizua having to interfere. If Juan Zapatero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Zapatero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eloy Albizua came out and tried to block the shot, but Juan Zapatero slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 81st minute. If Paco Cameno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the game, Kozam F.C.'s Rogelio Blanco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brais Griego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.
