Spectators: 6686 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Simon Cordoba got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Gadir's William Jofre got a free kick in the 5th minute. A collision led to Vilarrube getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Simon Cordoba hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the game, Sandro Reyes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gadir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vilarrube the free kick. In the 12th minute, Sandro Reyes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Kepa Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Elguero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anchel Rivas during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes Gadir got a freekick which was hit by Kepa Torres. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gadir's goalkeeper Clemente Litago, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bartolo Lastras succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 30th playminute. Primitivo Elguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kepa Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as José Pabon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clemente Litago. That made the score 3-1 in the 46 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kepa Torres to make the kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Benja Teruel from a close distance when the talented Primitivo Elguero managed to make a qualified save. Vilarrube's players were relieved. Gadir's Kepa Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Benja Teruel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gadir's supporters rose to their feet, but Benja Teruel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Primitivo Elguero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kepa Torres was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Gadir's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Benja Teruel came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Gadir fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benja Teruel couldn't finish the play. Kepa Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gau Sauca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartolo Lastras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the game, Gau Sauca recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Primitivo Elguero. Gau Sauca showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. 88 minutes into the match, Gadir's Kepa Torres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Primitivo Elguero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zabulón Villafane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Primitivo Elguero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Kepa Torres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Primitivo Elguero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Gadir players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
