Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5534, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 101) Nexus's Vinicio Montaña started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Astur Vegadense got a freekick which was hit by Hussein Baltanas. After 12 minutes, Vermudo Sirvent mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Astur Vegadense and the Nexus players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Astur Vegadense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vermudo Sirvent to maneuver through the defense. Nelson Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Indalecio Roman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guter Gomar lost his temper 23 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground.
