When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gaskon Verdeja sped through El Burgo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yago Iglesias. Yago Iglesias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Peña in the 11th minute of the match. Giorgio Olle kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Manu Millán's late challenge caught a El Burgo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manu Millán helped the player get up and apologised. After 23 played minutes F.C.Exilon got a freekick which was hit by Manu Millán. If Rubén Avila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th match minute, F.C.Exilon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manu Millán to maneuver through the defense. Edur Arribas was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Navarro Laredo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Navarro Laredo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The wind increased when Armando Peña made the kick off in the second half. When Jerico Orozco came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the El Burgo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerico Orozco couldn't finish the play. Edur Arribas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giorgio Olle in the 56th minute of play. If Navarro Laredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edur Arribas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubén Avila, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Gaskon Verdeja who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Yago Iglesias when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gaskon Verdejas short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Yago Iglesias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, El Burgo FC's Yago Iglesias got control of the ball when Gaskon Verdeja tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Jerico Orozco fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Burgo FC's protests and gave Jerico Orozco a yellow card for diving instead. Jerico Orozco kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Edur Arribas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubén Avila in the 83rd minute of play. El Burgo FC's Rubén Avila got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88thth minute of the game Navarro Laredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C.Exilon's Edur Arribas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. During the 90th minute of the match Jerico Orozco completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jerico Orozco a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 91st match minute, El Burgo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerico Orozco to maneuver through the defense. The El Burgo FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching F.C.Exilon's performance. The match ended with a win for F.C.Exilon.
