In the 11th minute Otero Morales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tato Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Otero Morales ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tato Martínez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Otero Morales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Orlo Jaen fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.D. Ayna's protests and gave Orlo Jaen a yellow card for diving instead. Orlo Jaen kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 24 played minutes A.D. Ayna got a freekick which was hit by Nicodemo Zafrilla. After recieving a nice pass, Cangas De Onis CF's Breixo Ruiz tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cangas De Onis CF! Guido Serrano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Breixo Ruiz charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Breixo Ruiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isaias Dellasierra went to the wrong direction when Felix Sobrado was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. When Nicodemo Zafrilla fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.D. Ayna's protests and gave Nicodemo Zafrilla a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute, Nicodemo Zafrilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Otero Morales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaias Dellasierra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xinto Carmona in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52ndth minute of the game Xinto Carmona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cangas De Onis CF's Isaias Dellasierra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A.D. Ayna's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Felix Sobrado in the 54th minute. It was a well-played corner which Colas Huarte managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Sigfrido Jaen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaias Dellasierra having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigfrido Jaen in the 59th minute of play forced Cangas De Onis CF's goalkeeper Isaias Dellasierra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of A.D. Ayna booed when Cangas De Onis CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Troyes Grau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaias Dellasierra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xinto Carmona in the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Xinto Carmona notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Cangas De Onis CF's Isaias Dellasierra. Isaias Dellasierra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Xinto Carmona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Isaias Dellasierra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A.D. Ayna's Xinto Carmona got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isaias Dellasierra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sigfrido Jaen went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Otero Morales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sigfrido Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Troyes Grau kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Sandro Jurado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tato Martínez having to interfere. If Sigfrido Jaen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isaias Dellasierra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xinto Carmona, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Guido Serrano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Tato Martínez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cangas De Onis CF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for A.D. Ayna.
