Spectators: 7272 (Terracing: 5456, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jacob De la Rosa got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute of the match Ugaitz Leal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adulfo Saavedra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Cortes De Aragon's Placido Odín got a free kick in the 8th minute. Natalio Cainzos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Riben's zone, Locaio Acedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adulfo Saavedra came out of the goal and Locaio Acedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cortes De Aragon's Manolo Romero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Cortes De Aragon from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Cortes De Aragon booed when Riben was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Zubiaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Amat Barberá managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cortes De Aragon's supporters rose to their feet, but Amat Barberá was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adulfo Saavedra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amat Barberá kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. If Locaio Acedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Locaio Acedo made a kick off. Amat Barberá was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 55th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Manolo Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob De la Rosa in the 58th minute of play. Natalio Cainzos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Locaio Acedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Adulfo Saavedra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute Manel Iglesias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manolo Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natalio Cainzos struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Adulfo Saavedra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cortes De Aragon. Locaio Acedo's late challenge caught a Riben's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Locaio Acedo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Locaio Acedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adulfo Saavedra came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Cortes De Aragon's Natalio Cainzos. But to his dismay, Natalio Cainzos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 74th minute, Derwin Idiaquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Locaio Acedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natalio Cainzos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Adulfo Saavedra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
