Carlos Diaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cidro Justo in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Dionisio Balcells shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Diaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliberto Huerta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Roger Castelao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roger Castelao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29th play minutes Rony Lima shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Roger Castelao and just under the crossbar into goal. Roger Castelao came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by F.C.Catalunya's Feliberto Huerta. But to his dismay, Feliberto Huerta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. If Feliberto Huerta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 43 in the game by Rony Lima from a close distance when the talented Roger Castelao managed to make a qualified save. Grañon AD's players were relieved.

57 minutes into the game, Ivón Gomar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grañon AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C.Catalunya the free kick. When F.C.Catalunya's Rony Lima in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Rony Lima sped through Grañon AD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roger Castelao. Abarrotz Guasch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
