Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Urbasa Zapata made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 15th match minute, Santa Cristina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pere Ponte to maneuver through the defense. When Urbasa Zapata came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Santa Cristina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbasa Zapata couldn't finish the play. Urbasa Zapata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bertin De Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abundio Castillo in the 41st minute of play forced Santa Cristina FC's goalkeeper Petronio Viejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Urbasa Zapata left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santa Cristina FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abundio Castillo to make the kick off. A collision led to Luriezo getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Aya Zamora hit a great ball. Luriezo's Crescencio Fuente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbasa Zapata in the 55th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Santa Cristina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abundio Castillo came free, but Petronio Viejo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes of play, Santa Cristina FC's Urbasa Zapata made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Crescencio Fuente was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Luriezo booed when Santa Cristina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eli Guasch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Taio Colillas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 64th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Crescencio Fuente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfronso Olano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Alfronso Olano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Crescencio Fuente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Crescencio Fuente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pere Ponte, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Urbasa Zapata struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Crescencio Fuente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santa Cristina FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urbasa Zapata in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Crescencio Fuente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Crescencio Fuente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbasa Zapata in the 85th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Urbasa Zapata ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Crescencio Fuente was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Urbasa Zapata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pere Ponte might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Crescencio Fuente. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pere Ponte ran back to his position shaking his head. Urbasa Zapata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Crescencio Fuente read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Santa Cristina FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
