The audience was convinced that Nicolao Canyelles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cheche Bernal was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Cheche Bernal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Landolfo Acedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to La Cañada getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Petre Nedelcu hit a great ball. The supporters of La Cañada booed when Samieira SCD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Auderico Serrano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Nicolao Canyelles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samieira SCD's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolao Canyelles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cheche Bernal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samieira SCD's Auderico Serrano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Barto Casado in the 39 minute of the game. Nicolao Canyelles scored 1-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cheche Bernal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Cheche Bernal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Montxo Durango went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Landolfo Acedo hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. If Alvino Hevia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haitz Montes charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haitz Montes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Haitz Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in La Cañada's zone, Nicolao Canyelles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cheche Bernal came out of the goal and Nicolao Canyelles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Crispo Estruch kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Samieira SCD's goalkeeper Alatz Reyes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Casas. In the 79th minute, Nicolao Canyelles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cheche Bernal was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 91 minutes of play, Samieira SCD's Auderico Serrano made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cheche Bernal was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Samieira SCD fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Cañada had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
