With a little luck, Palma Del Rio's Carlitos Valdés got control of the ball when Dani Jimenez tried to sneak it across the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Palma Del Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Sevilla came free, but Carlitos Valdés reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 played minutes Palma Del Rio got a freekick which was hit by Txema Rivera. In the 15th minute Marco Guasch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlitos Valdés saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Dani Jimenez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute, Dario Sevilla fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Dario Sevilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlitos Valdés having to interfere. Dani Jimenez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Carlitos Valdés tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Palma Del Rio's zone, Dario Sevilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlitos Valdés came out of the goal and Dario Sevilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peraleda CF's Julian Kornecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by García Rojas in the 33rd minute of play. Florin Vidal charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florin Vidal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Palma Del Rio's Florin Vidal got a free kick in the 35th minute. Palma Del Rio's Carlitos Valdés proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Palma Del Rio from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Sevilla got free with Carlitos Valdés in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucas Barrios lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 49 minutes Peraleda CF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Txema Rivera who took care of the corner kick. After the first half Palma Del Rio were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dani Jimenez to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Palma Del Rio's Pepe Menendez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julian Kornecki. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. García Rojas hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Peraleda CF's Antero Arenas was substituted for Dani Jimenez. A collision led to Palma Del Rio getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. García Rojas hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthew Elguero in the 63rd minute of play forced Palma Del Rio's goalkeeper Carlitos Valdés to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Peraleda CF's goalkeeper Julian Kornecki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by García Rojas. A collision led to Peraleda CF getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Casildo Varela hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when García Rojas got free with Julian Kornecki in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle went the supporters of Palma Del Rio were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Peraleda CF side.
