The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silviu Ciprian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Esla FC's Gaitan Medinilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cordeal Torrent made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Puebla de Burón's Gero Amorebieta got a free kick in the 10th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Kaiet Climent was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puebla de Burón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esla FC the free kick. Timo Galego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaitan Medinilla in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cordeal Torrent prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cordeal Torrent made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Gitano Otero sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Esla FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Esteve Galnares hit a great ball. Silviu Ciprian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaiet Climent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Esla FC's Esteve Galnares got a free kick in the 25th minute. A collision led to Esla FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Witalis Niedbalski hit a great ball. Gaitan Medinilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordeal Torrent having to interfere. Cordeal Torrent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaitan Medinilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 36th match minute, Puebla de Burón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timo Galego to maneuver through the defense. Gaitan Medinilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Witalis Niedbalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Esla FC's zone, Lordi Ferrer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silviu Ciprian came out of the goal and Lordi Ferrer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Gero Amorebieta kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Esteve Galnares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Florentino Cabrera in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Esla FC's Manuel Pardo. In the 67thth minute of the game Gaitan Medinilla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Puebla de Burón's Cordeal Torrent was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gero Amorebieta hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The supporters of Puebla de Burón booed when Esla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Pardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esla FC made a substitution. Eguzki Albizua replaced Esteve Galnares. In the 74th minute, Kaiet Climent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kaiet Climent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Timo Galego got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Timo Galego hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. When Gaitan Medinilla came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Esla FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaitan Medinilla couldn't finish the play. Esla FC's Hustaz Novo was substituted for Gaitan Medinilla. Gitano Otero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cordeal Torrent having to make a save. Hustaz Novo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kaiet Climent got free with Silviu Ciprian in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
