Infernus Europa's Bazil Cameno managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luis-Alfredo Velasco in the 10 minute of the game. 12 minutes into the match, Santiago Pardo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Infernus Europa's Lucian Orozco. Lucian Orozco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Colonia Güell's Raymond Hidalgo in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Infernus Europa's goalie prevented a goal. When Luis-Alfredo Velasco fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colonia Güell's protests and gave Luis-Alfredo Velasco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Luis-Alfredo Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Colonia Güell's goalkeeper Sabit Özdoruk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eladio Lopez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Pardo in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucian Orozco saved Infernus Europa from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Santiago Pardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucian Orozco was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 33rd minute Santiago Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucian Orozco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Blas Garate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colonia Güell's Santiago Pardo got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucian Orozco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Pardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucian Orozco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Pardo in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Blas Garate cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Sabit Özdoruk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernard Bencoiechea to make the kick off. Santiago Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Orozco having to interfere. Xalvador Taules fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Orozco having to interfere. Sabit Özdoruk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Gandia in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Millano Cambero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 played minutes Colonia Güell got a freekick which was hit by Behe Ocaña. The supporters of Infernus Europa booed when Colonia Güell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xalvador Taules didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Colonia Güell's Santiago Pardo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucian Orozco. Lucian Orozco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Lucian Orozco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymond Hidalgo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raymond Hidalgo in the 83rd minute of play forced Infernus Europa's goalkeeper Lucian Orozco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Colonia Güell's Raymond Hidalgo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucian Orozco. Lucian Orozco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. 92 minutes into the game, Raymond Hidalgo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colonia Güell's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Infernus Europa the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Colonia Güell's zone, Bernard Bencoiechea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabit Özdoruk came out of the goal and Bernard Bencoiechea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernard Bencoiechea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabit Özdoruk having to interfere. The Infernus Europa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Colonia Güell's performance. The match ended with a win for Colonia Güell.
