Millán Olano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Richie Palacios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cugat Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The wind increased when Wilfredo Gabas made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Wilfredo Gabas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabin Cuervas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, La Quar's Cugat Rosario ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Richie Palacios. Richie Palacios yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Quar's goalkeeper Sabin Cuervas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. La Quar's Sabin Cuervas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Gabas in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, La Quar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Pena to maneuver through the defense.
