Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Las Norias's Wilfredo Gabas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes, Belmiro Alvarez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vitoria-Gasteiz and the Las Norias players grew even worse after the yellow card. Belmiro Alvarez kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Wilfredo Gabas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nastasio Carreira having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Montes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Nastasio Carreira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ventura Alfaro's late challenge caught a Las Norias's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ventura Alfaro helped the player get up and apologised. Ventura Alfaro kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Las Norias's Enrico Balcells couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vitoria-Gasteiz. After 18 played minutes Vitoria-Gasteiz got a freekick which was hit by Belmiro Alvarez. When Wilfredo Gabas came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Las Norias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Gabas couldn't finish the play. If Ferdinand Montes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Aldo Pascual hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 minutes of play, Las Norias's Wilfredo Gabas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nastasio Carreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Wilfredo Gabas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nastasio Carreira was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. In the 30th minute, Gaizka Diaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferdinand Montes struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Nastasio Carreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Las Norias. Wilfredo Gabas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nastasio Carreira having to interfere. If Ferdinand Montes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Regis Radaban made a kick off. Nastasio Carreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinand Montes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfredo Gabas in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nastasio Carreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 59 minutes of play, Las Norias's Wilfredo Gabas made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nastasio Carreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66thth minute of the game Wilfredo Gabas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vitoria-Gasteiz's Nastasio Carreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th match minute, Vitoria-Gasteiz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bautista Armada to maneuver through the defense. If Ferdinand Montes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Regis Radaban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richie Palacios having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Wilfredo Gabas made a precise shot to the right of Nastasio Carreira. Vitoria-Gasteiz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. During the 81st minute of the match Belmiro Alvarez completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Belmiro Alvarez a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Belmiro Alvarez hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Wilfredo Gabas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Gabas in the 86th minute of play forced Vitoria-Gasteiz's goalkeeper Nastasio Carreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Vitoria-Gasteiz's Bautista Armada got a free kick in the 88th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Montes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nastasio Carreira. Vitoria-Gasteiz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferdinand Montes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Las Norias fully deserved thier win.
