Spectators: 7666 (Terracing: 5751, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Natalio Quintana started the match with the kick off. José Carballido struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Luis-Antonio Ramis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arbizu CF. Dei Morado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Quintana, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The audience was convinced that José Carballido's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luis-Antonio Ramis was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Lucas Vallejo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis-Antonio Ramis having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, José Carballido cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luis-Antonio Ramis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nesor Canosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santo Balcells charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santo Balcells the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Oñon booed when Arbizu CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Balcells didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 played minutes Arbizu CF got a freekick which was hit by Anxel Iglesias. Natalio Quintana struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Dei Morado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oñon. Oñon's Luis-Antonio Ramis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nesor Canosa in the 39th minute of play. If Nesor Canosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis-Antonio Ramis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Carballido, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luis-Antonio Ramis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nesor Canosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis-Antonio Ramis came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Arbizu CF's José Carballido. But to his dismay, José Carballido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nesor Canosa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Arbizu CF booed when Oñon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Ruiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Nesor Canosa lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Luis-Antonio Ramis. José Carballido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis-Antonio Ramis made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when José Carballido sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Carballido got free with Luis-Antonio Ramis in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Nesor Canosa got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mariano Viejo during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Arbizu CF booed when Oñon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Viejo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis-Antonio Grau kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Natalio Quintana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute Natalio Quintana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dei Morado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Arbizu CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anxel Iglesias to maneuver through the defense. Dei Morado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Lara went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Oñon's Luis-Antonio Ramis got control of the ball when José Carballido tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 91 minutes, José Carballido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arbizu CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Carballido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rdth minute of the game José Carballido who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oñon's Luis-Antonio Ramis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Oñon getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Fidel Landa hit a great ball. Nesor Canosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis-Antonio Ramis having to interfere. 98 minutes into the match, Arbizu CF's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Lara came free, but Dei Morado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Arbizu CF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Oñon throughout the match.
