Spectators: 7722 (Terracing: 5792, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) Chepe Zárate scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cresitobalo Rua, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 9 minutes into the game, Ponciano Ribas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Julepe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SPQR the free kick. After a rather tough play, Julepe's Ponciano Ribas got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 19th minute Xofre Novo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cresitobalo Rua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chepe Zárate recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fliz Cayuela was extremely unlucky when he, in the 26th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 28 minutes into the match, SPQR's goalkeeper Jerrold Feliu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oihan Barroso. If Xofre Novo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 35 played minutes SPQR got a freekick which was hit by Roi Odín. After having played for 38 minutes, Xofre Novo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SPQR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xofre Novo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Xofre Novo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fliz Cayuela to make the kick off. Abundio Zapico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cresitobalo Rua having to interfere. With a little luck, Julepe's Cresitobalo Rua got control of the ball when Abundio Zapico tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chepe Zárate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Cresitobalo Rua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cresitobalo Rua made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Emiliano Marines sent off a good shot on target. Cresitobalo Rua stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chepe Zárate's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Damiano Di Lillo's late challenge caught a Julepe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damiano Di Lillo helped the player get up and apologised. After 71 played minutes SPQR got a freekick which was hit by Damiano Di Lillo. Milton Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chepe Zárate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Cresitobalo Rua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chepe Zárate took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cresitobalo Rua. Cresitobalo Rua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SPQR had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
