In the 5th minute, Chepe Zárate left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SPQR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A collision led to SPQR getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Cesareo Zapater hit a great ball. Ekaitz Barba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xofre Novo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Xofre Novo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ekaitz Barba. That made the score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xofre Novo in the 30th minute of play forced Luesia's goalkeeper Ekaitz Barba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerrold Feliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Castan in the 32nd minute of play. Benjamin Mora struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Jerrold Feliu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luesia. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cordario Barro was the one to do the kick off. Roi Odín's late challenge caught a Luesia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roi Odín helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, SPQR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roi Odín to maneuver through the defense. Jerrold Feliu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Roberto Casals. After 56 played minutes SPQR got a freekick which was hit by Damiano Di Lillo. Ekaitz Barba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xofre Novo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cesareo Zapater during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cesareo Zapater hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Anartz Helguera took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerrold Feliu. Jerrold Feliu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Jerrold Feliu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordario Barro in the 67th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Benjamin Mora made a precise shot to the right of Jerrold Feliu. SPQR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Jerrold Feliu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anartz Helguera went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Cristobal Castan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jerrold Feliu firmly grabbed it by the left post. The SPQR fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when SPQR's Chepe Zárate looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Jerrold Feliu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, SPQR's Jerrold Feliu got control of the ball when Anartz Helguera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chepe Zárate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekaitz Barba having to interfere. Luesia played a much better game than SPQR and deserved their victory. The SPQR players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
