Feliberto Colillas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Arnaldo Maroto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute Cristián Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Maroto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Lazaro Treviño sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because César Pascual threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Lazaro Treviño this time. 28 minutes into the match, MOLLERUSA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristián Martinez came free, but Arnaldo Maroto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Juan-Alfredo Sauca made the kick off in the second half. César Pascual took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antxoka Sánchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute, Gregorio Palencia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 54 played minutes MOLLERUSA FC got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Aceves.
