Argul's César Pascual played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredo Dorado in the 24th minute of play. Bruno Caldow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Colillas, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th match minute, Tarrako Manda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oswaldo Zubizarreta to maneuver through the defense. Bastian De Pedro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bruno Caldow. Tarrako Manda's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. Ansuro Casado charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But to his dismay, Feliberto Colillas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tarrako Manda's goalkeeper Bruno Caldow, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Fredo Dorado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. César Pascual was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Tarrako Manda booed when Argul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ansuro Casado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Gonsalvo Duran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tarrako Manda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonsalvo Duran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Deividas Tamošiūnas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but César Pascual firmly grabbed it by the left post. Argul's César Pascual proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Argul from getting a goal against them. 96 minutes into the match, Argul's goalkeeper César Pascual had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Deividas Tamošiūnas. The Argul players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
