In the 4th minute Jordi Astudillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beila Sacristán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cerilo Huguet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josias De la Torre in the 9th minute of the match. After 11 minutes of play, River Plate de Barcelona's Jordi Astudillo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beila Sacristán was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to River Plate de Barcelona getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Quinito Bargas hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Troy Baños was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guaza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave River Plate de Barcelona the free kick. After 16 played minutes Guaza got a freekick which was hit by Troy Baños. Cerilo Huguet came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaza's Troy Baños. But to his dismay, Troy Baños quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 30 minutes into the game, Atauri Japón cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Beila Sacristán was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 33 minutes into the match, River Plate de Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Sanz came free, but Cerilo Huguet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cerilo Huguet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josias De la Torre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. River Plate de Barcelona's Cerilo Huguet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josias De la Torre in the 39th minute of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Atauri Japón to strike the kick off in the second half. When Nabar Acarreta fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guaza's protests and gave Nabar Acarreta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Nabar Acarreta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Guaza getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Nabar Acarreta hit a great ball. Guaza's Beila Sacristán proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Guaza from getting a goal against them. Guaza's Troy Baños got his second yellow card of the match in the 68th minute. The referee ordered Troy Baños off the ground. Josias De la Torre hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Guaza's goal looked a bit too open when Jordi Astudillo came free, but Beila Sacristán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guaza's Josias De la Torre got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Orlando Sanz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Angelines Novo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When Atauri Japón, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 77 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Beila Sacristán was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With his leg Beila Sacristán managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when River Plate de Barcelona's Atauri Japón fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Atauri Japón managed to get in a good position for a shot. River Plate de Barcelona's supporters rose to their feet, but Atauri Japón was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beila Sacristán breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atauri Japón succeeded in the game's 87th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. If Orlando Sanz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
