The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Egoitz Torres during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in TRAMUNTANA FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 5th minute. Penalty! If Ladio Lorenzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Playo Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabé Paz having to interfere. When TRAMUNTANA FC's Ladio Lorenzo in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Malvin Fernandez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 31st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With an all-out effort, Alicante c.f.'s Erasto Pena threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Malvin Fernandez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bernabé Paz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladio Lorenzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Erasto Pena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malvin Fernandez in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of Alicante c.f. booed when TRAMUNTANA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladio Lorenzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciceron Nueva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ladio Lorenzo was the one to do the kick off. The referee ignored Alicante c.f.'s protests and gave Llorian santillana a yellow card for diving instead. Llorian santillana kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Malvin Fernandez in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erasto Pena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erasto Pena came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Alicante c.f.'s Ciceron Nueva. But to his dismay, Ciceron Nueva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Alicante c.f.'s Alejandro Gomar was substituted for Rodney Candamil. Ciceron Nueva struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Erasto Pena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alicante c.f..
