Las Planas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rutenio Camino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Agamenón Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Xesus Calvo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Benigno Verdeja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Massos F.C and the Las Planas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Massos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Verdeja to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute Rutenio Camino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germán Gonzalvez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germán Gonzalvez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rutenio Camino in the 25th minute of the match. Germán Gonzalvez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koldo Balboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Agamenón Rodriguezs short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Xesus Calvo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rutenio Camino made a kick off. The attack was good, but when Agamenón Rodriguez in the 51st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A collision led to Las Planas getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Agamenón Rodriguez hit a great ball. Agamenón Rodriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Koldo Balboa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Germán Gonzalvez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ansuro Bernal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Massos F.C booed when Las Planas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frodo Blazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agamenón Rodriguez's late challenge caught a Massos F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agamenón Rodriguez helped the player get up and apologised. Germán Gonzalvez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rutenio Camino in the 69th minute of play. In the 72nd minute of the match, Rutenio Camino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Germán Gonzalvez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 74 minutes into the match, Koldo Balboa notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Las Planas's Germán Gonzalvez. Germán Gonzalvez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 77 minutes into the match, Ansuro Bernal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xesus Calvo. Massos F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ansuro Bernal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 81st minute, Massos F.C's Koldo Balboa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Germán Gonzalvez. Germán Gonzalvez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Koldo Balboa kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 84 played minutes, Las Planas's Frodo Blazquez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xesus Calvo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Las Planas reached it. If Koldo Balboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agamenón Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xesus Calvo having to interfere. Germán Gonzalvez was a little too slow when Rutenio Camino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 1-5. Massos F.C's Xesus Calvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agamenón Rodriguez in the 94th minute of play. Germán Gonzalvez made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Koldo Balboa sent off a good shot on target. The Massos F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Massos F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
