After a rather tough play, Las Planas's Cristos Murcia got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Las Planas's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Pascual came free, but Germán Gonzalvez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germán Gonzalvez came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Santianes FC's Alberto Einstein. But to his dismay, Alberto Einstein quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Tello Sainz kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th match minute, Santianes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Saboya to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Einstein in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Germán Gonzalvez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Einstein to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aron Kevade got free with Germán Gonzalvez in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Germán Gonzalvez managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Santianes FC's Aron Kevade fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aron Kevade got free with Germán Gonzalvez in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Egun Jareño came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Santianes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egun Jareño couldn't finish the play. Gaizkine Echavarri was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Alberto Einstein could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Germán Gonzalvez made a huge save. In the 70th match minute, Las Planas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frodo Blazquez to maneuver through the defense. Germán Gonzalvez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Einstein in the 72nd minute of play. Daniel Saboya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Germán Gonzalvez made a huge save. Las Planas's Germán Gonzalvez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Einstein in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Santianes FC's Egun Jareño ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Germán Gonzalvez. Germán Gonzalvez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. 81 minutes into the match, Alberto Einstein notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Las Planas's Germán Gonzalvez. Germán Gonzalvez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aron Kevade took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Germán Gonzalvez. Germán Gonzalvez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Germán Gonzalvez made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Aurelio Pascual sent off a good shot on target. Germán Gonzalvez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Einstein in the 92nd minute of the match. Santianes FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
