When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Nate Drakenborg put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Macedonio España. In the 7th minute, Nate Drakenborg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Macedonio España was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 10 minutes, Nate Drakenborg made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. CD.Trivao's Macedonio España tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the CD.Trivao defense, Fabio Monte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Macedonio España. The CD.Trivao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Macedonio España should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in CD.Trivao's zone, Nate Drakenborg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Macedonio España came out of the goal and Nate Drakenborg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Nate Drakenborg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Macedonio España was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Fidele Barajo struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Macedonio España didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villapalacios SAD. After 28 minutes, Nate Drakenborg made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. CD.Trivao's Macedonio España tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute, Nate Drakenborg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villapalacios SAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. After a rather tough play, CD.Trivao's Walme Segarra got a free kick in the 33rd minute. When Villapalacios SAD's Nate Drakenborg in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Macedonio España was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabio Monte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Macedonio España tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Nate Drakenborg put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Macedonio España. Nate Drakenborg took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Macedonio España. Macedonio España dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. Disappointed in the 0-10 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aristides Pedrosa to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nate Drakenborg in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Macedonio España prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nate Drakenborg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Macedonio España skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 57th minute, CD.Trivao's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fabio Monte fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 58th minute, Nate Drakenborg made a precise shot to the right of Macedonio España. CD.Trivao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Cengiz Bumba got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Macedonio España didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Villapalacios SAD's Nate Drakenborg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-12 in the ordered_time% minute. Nate Drakenborg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 78 played minutes, Villapalacios SAD's Manuel Coelho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Macedonio España came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Villapalacios SAD reached it. Villapalacios SAD's Nate Drakenborg was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 79th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabio Monte kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Macedonio España. That made the score 0-16 in the 84 minute of play. With his leg Macedonio España managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Villapalacios SAD's Nate Drakenborg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 89th minute, Cengiz Bumba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 0-17 became the score in the 93rd minute when Nate Drakenborg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Macedonio España stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nate Drakenborg's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. Macedonio España made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Austin Velazquez in the 98th minute of play. Villapalacios SAD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
