The audience was convinced that Demario Reyes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Naldo Campomanes was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. The referee ignored Santsencs's protests and gave Lino Pedraza a yellow card for diving instead. Santsencs's Naldo Campomanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demario Reyes in the 45th minute of play. Quico Cainzos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Naldo Campomanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Demario Reyes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Naldo Campomanes having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

If Demario Reyes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Santsencs's Naldo Campomanes got control of the ball when Cristiano Cabrera tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Demario Reyes sped through Santsencs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Naldo Campomanes. Martín Dean hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Naldo Campomanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demario Reyes in the 70th minute of the match. Demario Reyes took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Naldo Campomanes. Naldo Campomanes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Isandro Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ravaleros's supporters rose to their feet, but Isandro Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naldo Campomanes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Pedraza hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When García Mora fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santsencs's protests and gave García Mora a yellow card for diving instead. García Mora kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute of the match Cristiano Cabrera shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Naldo Campomanes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Ravaleros fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Ravaleros's Demario Reyes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-10 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With splendid footwork Demario Reyes arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-11 by the left pole in the game's 92nd minute. In the 97thth minute of the game Demario Reyes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santsencs's Naldo Campomanes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ravaleros's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
