Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hernán santillana to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Cordareo Sabina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Naldo Campomanes was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 66thth minute of the game Cordareo Sabina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santsencs's Naldo Campomanes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute of the match Gerardo Perpiñán sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Naldo Campomanes skillfully saved the ball. Timoteo Gonzáles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Cordareo Sabina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Naldo Campomanes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordareo Sabina in the 83rd minute of play forced Santsencs's goalkeeper Naldo Campomanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
