Lorencio March kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Gabriel Huarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xepe Gene received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Fermín Figueres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Bernabé Climent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xepe Gene fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermín Figueres having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Lorencio March who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saladavieja FC's Duarte Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fermín Figueres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dolfo Ramiréz in the 23rd minute. Xepe Gene fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermín Figueres having to interfere. Fertus Fuentes kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Duarte Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorencio March in the 33rd minute of the match. Duarte Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gorka Verdeja in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Bernabé Climent managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pipas's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernabé Climent was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duarte Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute Bernabé Climent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Saladavieja FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pipas were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dolfo Ramiréz made a kick off. If Evaristo Puyol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fertus Fuentes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pipas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! In the 56th minute there was a penalty for Saladavieja FC. Dolfo Ramiréz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fermín Figueres. 1-2. In the 63rd minute Gorka Verdeja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duarte Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gorka Verdeja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pipas's Bernabé Climent shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Duarte Vera but with some difficulty. Fermín Figueres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolfo Ramiréz in the 73rd minute of the match. Gorka Verdeja's late challenge caught a Saladavieja FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gorka Verdeja helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th match minute, Pipas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gorka Verdeja to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gorka Verdeja in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duarte Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xepe Gene kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Bernabé Climent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Claudio Manzano in the 96th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Pipas's Xano Sánchez. The Pipas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pipas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
