When Galeno Izquierdo came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Fuendejalón FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Galeno Izquierdo couldn't finish the play. After having played for 15 minutes, Frisco Folch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fuendejalón FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frisco Folch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marco-Antonio Palencia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enaut Huarte's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Aratz Alacuart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Marco-Antonio Palencia made a huge save. Aldo Ramis might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco-Antonio Palencia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Ramis ran back to his position shaking his head. Enaut Huarte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marco-Antonio Palencia came out and tried to block the shot, but Enaut Huarte slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 28th minute. Aratz Alacuart might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco-Antonio Palencia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aratz Alacuart ran back to his position shaking his head. Aldo Ramis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco-Antonio Palencia having to interfere. Fuendejalón FC's Marco-Antonio Palencia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enaut Huarte in the 37th minute of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Aldo Ramis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fuendejalón FC's Marco-Antonio Palencia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Fuendejalón FC's goalkeeper Marco-Antonio Palencia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aratz Alacuart. Aratz Alacuart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco-Antonio Palencia having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Ganix Canturri charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ganix Canturri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aratz Alacuart, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the referee ended the match the Guadalimar Del Caudillo AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
