Spectators: 7428 (Terracing: 5803, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Castel Ballesteros took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Albaladejito got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Babia. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dubardo Planes got free with Melkor Pedrosa in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th match minute, Rei FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bao Barberá to maneuver through the defense. Atauri Fuente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainerio Ramirez in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Giraldo Sevilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ursino Abrego was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rei FC's Atauri Fuente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Rosas in the 14th minute of play. Giraldo Sevilla kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Melkor Pedrosa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 15th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ursino Abrego. Artemio Segarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Agustín Rosas made a precise shot to the right of Atauri Fuente. Rei FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Rei FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Darien Marcos hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Artemio Segarra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atauri Fuente was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Atauri Fuente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Babia in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Rosas in the 40th minute of play forced Rei FC's goalkeeper Atauri Fuente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artemio Segarra charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artemio Segarra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Melkor Pedrosa was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Castel Ballesteros capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Castel Ballesteros really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rainerio Ramirez to strike the kick off in the second half. Agustín Rosas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Atauri Fuente made a huge save. Rainerio Ramirez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Artemio Segarra came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Albaladejito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artemio Segarra couldn't finish the play. Artemio Segarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atauri Fuente having to interfere. Atauri Fuente made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Marcos Babia sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th match minute, Rei FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darien Marcos to maneuver through the defense. Agustín Rosas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Atauri Fuente firmly grabbed it by the left post. 74 minutes into the game, Marcos Babia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Albaladejito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rei FC the free kick. In the 74th minute, Marcos Babia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melkor Pedrosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dubardo Planes in the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Albaladejito got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Segarra. 82 minutes into the match, Rei FC's Dubardo Planes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melkor Pedrosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Artemio Segarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Atauri Fuente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Babia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute Rainerio Ramirez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atauri Fuente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dubardo Planes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Castel Ballesteros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Albaladejito supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Albaladejito would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
