An unexpectedly hard shot by Beremundo Naranjo in the 27th minute of play forced Villalgordo Del Marquesado's goalkeeper Benet Camino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 played minutes Club Atlético Horizonte got a freekick which was hit by Nono Gabas. In the 32nd minute of the match Arnulfo Doblas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Natxo Font skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Villalgordo Del Marquesado booed when Club Atlético Horizonte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abrahan Tobias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Josep Zaplana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villalgordo Del Marquesado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Horizonte the free kick. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Atlético Horizonte reached it. If Julián Urbieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Horizonte defense, Josepe Navas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Natxo Font. The Club Atlético Horizonte fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Natxo Font should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Natxo Font showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Barrios, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Horizonte's goalkeeper Natxo Font had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josep Zaplana. Alejandro Barrios could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Natxo Font made a huge save. In the 89th minute, Alejandro Barrios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Natxo Font was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Barrios in the 93rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Horizonte's goalkeeper Natxo Font to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Club Atlético Horizonte's Natxo Font got control of the ball when Josep Zaplana tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Villalgordo Del Marquesado players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
