RaYo GiJoNéS's Bartolomé Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio March in the 3rd minute of play. Bartolomé Orozco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tipi Alarcon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Alexandro Ramis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peña Bufanda's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandro Ramis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolomé Orozco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Bartolomé Orozco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tipi Alarcon in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolomé Orozco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alexandro Ramis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandro Ramis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolomé Orozco having to interfere. Bartolomé Orozco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tipi Alarcon in the 19th minute of the match. Bartolomé Orozco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tipi Alarcon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandro Ramis got free with Bartolomé Orozco in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Claudio March came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Peña Bufanda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio March couldn't finish the play. After 36 played minutes RaYo GiJoNéS got a freekick which was hit by Iraitz Freire. Pacorro Mayol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bartolomé Orozco having to make a save. Alexandro Ramis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 minutes, Aintza Mala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RaYo GiJoNéS and the Peña Bufanda players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aintza Mala kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute Tipi Alarcon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartolomé Orozco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 59 minutes, Claudio March mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peña Bufanda and the RaYo GiJoNéS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Peña Bufanda getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Claudio March hit a great ball. Bartolomé Orozco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tipi Alarcon, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Chinto Ruiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aureliano Abancens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chinto Ruiz ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudio Peña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Bartolomé Orozco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Peña Bufanda booed when RaYo GiJoNéS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Casado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pacorro Mayol was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Antonio Lacorte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Abancens having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, RaYo GiJoNéS's goal looked a bit too open when Tipi Alarcon came free, but Bartolomé Orozco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alexandro Ramis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tipi Alarcon in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal.
