Spectators: 7730 (Terracing: 5799, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nicodemo Bermudez took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Amado Arenas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Irureta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Cameno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the game, Candido Arratia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Catarroja's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cantera O Más F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Catarroja getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Candido Arratia hit a great ball. Nicodemo Bermudez might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over George Canosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicodemo Bermudez ran back to his position shaking his head. George Canosa came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Cantera O Más F.C.'s Garikoitz Cacheres. But to his dismay, Garikoitz Cacheres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A hard shot 23 in the game by Nicodemo Bermudez from a close distance when the talented George Canosa managed to make a qualified save. Catarroja's players were relieved. George Canosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alano Saez in the 24th minute of play. Julio Irureta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furman Guijarro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cantera O Más F.C.'s Nicodemo Bermudez got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Catarroja booed when Cantera O Más F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silviano Vallejo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Garikoitz Cacheres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Canosa having to interfere. After 34 played minutes Catarroja got a freekick which was hit by Ginés Olle. George Canosa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 35th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Garikoitz Cacheres. Catarroja's George Canosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garikoitz Cacheres in the 38th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Catarroja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Cameno to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Garikoitz Cacheres in the 46th minute really tested George Canosa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Furman Guijarro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Etxeberri Abajas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Julio Irureta made a huge save. Julio Irureta made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Etxeberri Abajas sent off a good shot on target. Etxeberri Abajas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Irureta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Julio Irureta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosendo Cameno in the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Catarroja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Cameno to maneuver through the defense. If Nicodemo Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Cameno in the 68th minute of play forced Cantera O Más F.C.'s goalkeeper Julio Irureta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicodemo Bermudez in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Canosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute, Nicodemo Bermudez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Canosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Nicodemo Bermudez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Canosa having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Rosendo Cameno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Cantera O Más F.C.'s Nicodemo Bermudez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that George Canosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Catarroja getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Rosendo Cameno hit a great ball.
