The crowd rose to their feet as Dimitris Fc's Karlos Nieto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cláudio Cardoso. That made the score 1-0 after 28 minutes of play. A hard, long distance shot from Martino Talavera flew over the goal.
