Spectators: 7738 (Terracing: 5805, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Josu Cabada started the match with the kick off. The supporters of JauTeam booed when Valencia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Arraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregorio Bouzon was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Currito De Toro. After a rather tough play, Valencia FC's Eusebio Menendez got a free kick in the 8th minute. Crişan Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josu Cabada in the 13th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes Valencia FC got a freekick which was hit by Josu Cabada. After 19 minutes of play, Valencia FC's Josu Cabada made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Crişan Veloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valencia FC's Gregorio Bouzon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Valencia FC from getting a goal against them. Gregorio Bouzon made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Lorenzo Guerrero sent off a good shot on target. Valencia FC's Eusebio Menendez managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Galeno Correa in the 30 minute of the game. Josu Cabada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Crişan Veloso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind JauTeam's goalkeeper Crişan Veloso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. JauTeam's Lorenzo Guerrero got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Silban De Paula had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregorio Bouzon. Valencia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silban De Paula was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silban De Paula to make the kick off. Oxel Verges's late challenge caught a JauTeam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oxel Verges helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Valencia FC's Oxel Verges got a free kick in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vitor Cambero during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Vitor Cambero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, JauTeam's Crişan Veloso got control of the ball when Josu Cabada tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute, Valencia FC's Josu Cabada ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Crişan Veloso. Crişan Veloso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. When Josu Cabada came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Valencia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Josu Cabada couldn't finish the play. Crişan Veloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josu Cabada in the 84th minute. Silban De Paula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Valencia FC fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Valencia FC's Josu Cabada looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 97th minute, Valencia FC's Josu Cabada ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Crişan Veloso. Crişan Veloso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4.
