The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Tobias during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Nuestro Abarán CF getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Paulo Tobias hit a great ball. Fix Martínez kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nuestro Abarán CF's Fernan Ramirez got a free kick in the 9th minute. Iñaki Arraz struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Fidel Higuera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nuestro Abarán CF. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Nuestro Abarán CF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gitarriu:s goal. After 16 played minutes Gitarriu got a freekick which was hit by Frankie Yankovich. Frankie Yankovich recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute Fix Martínez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Higuera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sancho Morado might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fidel Higuera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sancho Morado ran back to his position shaking his head. Ovidiu Curteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Lundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Paulo Tobias lost his temper 26 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 26 minutes into the game, one of Nuestro Abarán CF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 36th minute Joel Lundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Curteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidiu Curteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frankie Yankovich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Nuestro Abarán CF's goal looked a bit too open when Frankie Yankovich came free, but Ovidiu Curteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Nuestro Abarán CF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gitarriu were winning 0-2.

Nuestro Abarán CF's Iñaki Arraz managed to work through Gitarriu's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Iñaki Arraz dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When Nuestro Abarán CF's Sancho Morado in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gitarriu's goalie prevented a goal. In the 53rd minute Iñaki Arraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Higuera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Hans Kvernberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Demetrio Cabanela fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gitarriu's protests and gave Demetrio Cabanela a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, Gitarriu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demetrio Cabanela to maneuver through the defense. The referee gave Nuestro Abarán CF a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nikola Jokić, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gitarriu's Fidel Higuera. 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Lundström in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidiu Curteanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Gitarriu getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Lucas Benítez hit a great ball. Fidel Higuera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortun Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Nuestro Abarán CF were awarded a corner. Nikola Jokić went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Nikola Jokić almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gitarriu's Fidel Higuera did a great save. 69 minutes into the match, Nuestro Abarán CF's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Alacuart came free, but Ovidiu Curteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Frankie Yankovich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Frankie Yankovich had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidiu Curteanu. Nuestro Abarán CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frankie Yankovich was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Gitarriu made a substitution. Antonio Bueno replaced Frankie Yankovich. If Joel Lundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidiu Curteanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Bueno in the 78th minute. Ovidiu Curteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Lundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Joel Lundström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ovidiu Curteanu having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Lundström in the 96th minute of play forced Nuestro Abarán CF's goalkeeper Ovidiu Curteanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Alacuart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Ovidiu Curteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Nuestro Abarán CF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gitarriu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
